• Ask your broker to check the current AD/CVD instructions and required cash-deposit treatment before entry; ordinary duty rates do not replace these checks.
• Keep purchase records, product specifications, origin documents, and supplier information, and seek professional advice if the product is borderline or the scope is unclear.
