Resolve the product
Search by product language or enter 4, 6, 8, or 10 digits. We show whether the selected line is exact or inherits a rate.
Enter a product or HTS code, country of origin, quantity, unit price, entry date, and transport mode. The calculator estimates represented base duty, additional tariff layers, selected MPF treatment, HMF, and landed cost, with each line's assumptions and official sources visible. It does not determine the legally correct classification, entry type, or final amount assessed by CBP.
SkuWatch links HTS classifications to changing measures and source history. Save a scenario locally after calculating to rerun its inputs against current data.

The same HTS line can have a different stack by origin. FTA preference is modeled separately from ordinary origin.
Quantity, price, transport, freight, and insurance make the estimate useful for a purchase decision.
Base rate, additional measures, fees, match quality, and authority links remain separate—never hidden inside one percentage.
One precisely specified appliance, a dated $100 U.S. import scenario, separate duty layers, and live exclusion boundaries.

General rate, including clean ad valorem, specific, and compound rate forms where the required unit is supported.
Current origin-and-code layers from USTR-linked records, shown separately from the base rate.
Current product measures represented in the structured rule set, with their source authority.
Uses the HTS special rate only where the listed program matches the origin. Eligibility is not assumed.
FY2026 formal-entry MPF and ocean HMF, with the fee schedule’s validity date enforced.
AD/CVD, exclusions, quota treatment, ambiguous units, and classification uncertainty are disclosed rather than guessed.
The same transparent calculation serves four different jobs without changing the underlying record.
Test landed cost and margin before committing to a supplier or origin.
Give clients a traceable first estimate and surface the assumptions that need validation.
Prototype tariff-aware checkout, sourcing, ERP, and catalog workflows against structured records.
Compare planned costs with entry documents and identify where the tariff stack changed.
Every calculation is tied to a named HTS revision and the current structured measure snapshot. A stale fee schedule is automatically withheld instead of silently reused.

No. Product search produces classification candidates from the current HTS text; it is not a binding classification. Confirm the full 10-digit code from the product facts and, where needed, request professional or CBP guidance.
The calculator uses quantity × price per unit as the goods value for duty and the FY2026 MPF scenario. Freight and insurance remain visible in landed cost but are not included in that customs-value assumption.
No. The option is an explicit scenario. It uses a listed special-program rate only when the HTS record names a program matching the selected origin. Rules of origin, documentation, direct shipment, and other requirements still need validation.
No. Choose the MPF entry treatment that matches the filing. Formal and informal entries use different FY2026 amounts. HMF is a separate scenario for qualifying commercial vessel cargo at a covered U.S. port; transport mode alone does not establish that it applies.
Not yet. AD/CVD scope and respondent-specific rates can require facts beyond an HTS code and country. SkuWatch flags this review boundary rather than inserting a generic percentage.
